Partnerships

The center Works with national and international partners to develop risk mitigaiton techniques and to put in place systems to address recovering needs in future disasters.

These programs are designed to:

• Conduct research are monitor as evaluate crisis preparedness and response
• Assist in developing and implementing emergency preparedness plants.
• Serve as quality-assurance technical assistants for NGOs and governments.
• Assess the needs of populations affected by disasters.
• Conduct research to develop new retrofitting techniques and early warning systems.
